In the EN 12320, Mok-lock passed the following tests with excellent performance
√ 1. Using the suitable apparatus that allows the full operational locking and unlocking sequence of the padlock to include the release of the shackle and the sequence at the speed of 5 to 20 cycles per minute
√ 2. During the operational cycle the key may remain partially inserted in the locking mechanism but shall have cleared all movable detainers
√ 3. The key used for the durability test can be cleaned and the padlock shall be lubricated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction at the start of the test and after each 5000 cycles using the lubricant recommended by the manufacturer
√ 4. After completing the required number of the cycles the operation of the padlock should be test using the new original key. The rotation shall be achieved with the max torque of 1.5m
As for the cylinder, Mok-lock gain Top Grade : the cylinder can be unlocked more than 10,000 times.
According to the EN 1670 standard the padlock should be exposed to the a neutral salt spray test, and our 304 stainless steel product can reach to Grade 3 : 96 hour +/-h and the 316 stainless steel product can reach to grade 4: 240 hour +/- h.
How the test work:
√ 1.Test of function shall start within 5 minutes after the salt spray exposure is ended.
√ 2.The maximum time allowed for this test, starting from trying the inset the key, is 5 minutes.
√ 3.Dirctly afer cleaning, a second attempt to try to operate the padlock to the open position, using the above metod, should be made. If the padlock does not open after the second attempt the padlock is deemed to have failed the test.

During the security test, As for the cylinder code test:
1. Number of effective key differs and Non-interpassing of keys: The torque shall be applied to the bow of a fully inserted key selected by the test laboratory from the Mok-lock key coding system, which shall differ from the correct key by one effective differ. One key differing up and one key differing down shall be tested manually by using the specified torque.During this test, Mok-lock passes more than 20,000 number of effective key differs and achieves the highest grade.
As for the quality of Mok-lock cylinder test:
1. Resistance to attack by plug/cylinder extraction: A self cutting traction screw in accordance to EN ISO 10666, 15483, of maximum diameter of 5.5mm shall be screwed into plug/cylinder and attempt shall be made towithdraw the plug/cylinder by means of the appropriate maximum force specific in different power without shock within the time allowed.
Next time for the test in 5mins. The time starts when the screw touches the cylinder and ends when the maximum time achieved.
2. Torque resistance of cylinder plug: Mount the padlock in a suitable holding fixture and apply a torque by means of an appropriate tool inserted into the keyway. The user shall attempt to insert the tool into keyway with a maximum of five blows with a 300g hammer. The torque shall be applied once in alternate directions. During this test, Mok-lock cylinder can bear 15kN and 30Nm, the highest test Grade.
As for the test of shackle and staple. During the resistance to pulling test, Mok-lock cylinder can achieve 100kN, 2500Nm in resistance to twisting, 100kN in resistance to cutting. All is the highest grade.
